We special order our Baby back ribsIt's no accident our ribs are meaty!We BBQ our ribs using our Backwoods Smoker which is made in Louisiana. This is a gourmet water smoker which is especially suited to cooking ribs. They come out tender and juicy. We baste them with our Homemade Competition Rib Sauce which is sweet and a little spicy. Perfect!

We live in WNY, wings are in our dnaWe only buy fresh jumbo wings from a local vendorOur Shirley Cooker (the large one) is especially suited to cooking wings. We can crisp them up and still have them juicy on the inside. The key is using real wood. If you are doing an event with multiple meats, having wings for one of your meats is a good choice. Your guests will thank you.
